“SLEEP IS A WONDERFUL THING; YOU SELDOM WAKE UP FEELING AS BAD AS THE NIGHT BEFORE.” ~ Joyce Fields

My Simple Quotes - GSB - Amazon(excerpted from “My Simple Quotes to Live By” – available at http://www.amazon.com [available on Kindle, too!] and http://www.GoodShortBooks.com)

God did a fantastic thing when He (or She!) created sleep!! The phrase, “sleep on it,” has profound meaning, because when you wake up, you are in a clearer, more calm state of mind.

When you don’t feel well, the advice that is most often given is, “get some rest” (which means “get some sleep”). When you wake up the next day, you usually feel much better.

Thank you, God, for creating sleep!!
