God has given me many gifts, and I am very thankful–always!! The gift that I am most passionate about is writing. Ever since I first learned to read, I have loved reading, spelling, and everything associated with grammar!! Some sixty years later, I still thank the wonderful teachers that I was blessed with throughout my education in the Detroit Public School system–Breitmeyer Elementary, Sherrard Junior High, and the High School of Commerce.
My “mission statement” is: I write books that inspire people on their journey to make this world a better place.
It is my hope that this daily blog will also inspire people.
As a thought leader for today’s generation, I choose to be part of the solution and am doing things that positively impact people’s lives.
In addition to being a happy, married (44 years!) woman, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, I have 48 years’ experience in “Corporate America”: Stenographer, Secretary, Supervisor, Analyst, Office Manager, Executive Assistant. I am also a professional proofreader and the author of seven books (six non-fiction; one children’s fiction–http://www.GoodShortBooks.com).
